Bollywood "Benedict"
Not your typical eggs benedict, the English muffin is topped with peameal bacon (or fried paneer) and poached eggs and is then smothered in our fragrant Indian spiced tomato sauce (cream, butter, garam masala, cumin, fenugreek, coriander, etc.); served with our famous home fries (Contains dairy).

Moroccan Chicken and Vegetables
An aromatic roasted eggplant and vegetable stew (zucchini, carrots, grilled bell peppers, etc.), simmered in a hearty tomato-based sauce with chicken breast, cumin, cinnamon, cayenne and lemon; served with couscous and cooling mint yogurt on the side.

Trinidadian Chick Pea Doubles (Chole Bhature in India)
Chickpeas and potatoes cooked with almost a dozen fragrant spices and served on top of one of Dev’s hot-out-of-the-fryer homemade roti/bhature (bread); you get another piece folded on top to sop up the sweet and spicy fusion; this class street food is served with homemade mango chutney, tomatoes and cucumbers (Vegan. Can be made gluten-free by exchanging the bread for rice).

Cuban Pulled Pork Wrap
